At Triple Legacy LLC, we believe that lasting change in education begins by investing in the people who make learning possible. Our mission is to empower educators, school leaders, college students, and organizations with the tools, coaching, and systems needed to create meaningful and sustainable growth.

Founded by Dr. Shereen Holmes, Triple Legacy LLC brings together more than two decades of experience in K–12 education, higher education, instructional coaching, educator preparation, and leadership development. Throughout her career, Dr. Holmes has served as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, teacher educator, clinical faculty member, and academic coach, supporting hundreds of educators and students in reaching their highest potential.

Our work is centered on developing educators who are confident, reflective, and equipped to meet the evolving needs of today’s learners. We partner with schools, districts, colleges, universities, and educational organizations to provide professional learning, instructional coaching, leadership development, curriculum support, and practical systems that improve teaching, learning, and organizational effectiveness.

A hallmark of our work is supporting the development of executive functioning skills for college students and aspiring educators. Through individualized coaching and mentoring, we help students strengthen essential skills such as organization, time management, planning, prioritization, goal setting, self-monitoring, and self-advocacy. These executive functioning skills enable students to navigate the demands of higher education while preparing them for successful careers as professionals and leaders.

Our educator development services are designed to help teachers and instructional leaders create sustainable practices that lead to stronger instruction and improved student outcomes. Whether facilitating professional development, coaching educators, designing learning experiences, or helping organizations implement effective systems, our focus remains the same: building capacity that lasts long after the training ends.
